Join ACMP Florida's First Thursdays meeting this month for a look at Driving Culture Change through Security Awareness
Organizational Change Management (OCM) consists of approaches to enable people to successfully participate in a change. When applied to specific behaviors, we can leverage OCM methodologies to increase the success of compliance-required initiatives and to reduce risky behaviors in our workforce. In this talk, we’ll discuss the basic building blocks of OCM, we’ll make out risky vs. desired behaviors, and learn how to develop specific change management plans to increase the adoption of those new behaviors.
