The recent partnership between Agile Alliance and the Project Management Institute presents an opportunity to enhance collaboration and expand our skills.

Join a group of agile experts from local organizations to discuss how to successfully integrate agility into project and change management. This facilitated roundtable discussion will focus on how agile principles and practices can drive successful transformation, along with key considerations to keep in mind.

The following are some of the experts who will participate:

Cristin Hernandez	Cristin Hernandez combines decades of agile product delivery and operations experience to deliver strategic outcomes and adapt to customer and market changes. A strong advocate for involving teams and stakeholders every step of the way, Cristin champions diversity, equity, and inclusivity as key drivers of innovation and success. With expertise in transitioning from traditional to value-driven project management, Cristin will share insights on how this approach empowers organizations to deliver meaningful results in a rapidly changing environment.
Ed Martin	Ed Martin has been in consulting and corporate technology leadership and solution delivery roles for the last 20 years. Ed embraces pragmatic business agility with a focus on creating an environment that producers value for his customer and team. He has been active in the Tampa agile and product community since 2008 and currently on the Tampa Bay Product Group leadership team.
Om Patel	Om Patel is an experienced agilist and management consultant offering several years of success leading all phases of diverse technology projects in waterfall SDLC, hybrid and agile environments. He has diverse business experience coaching teams and leadership at small startups to Big 4 firms including international work all over the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Om has planned business strategies and managed multi-million dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains while focusing on delighting customers, consistently winning repeat business.
Steven Granese	For over 20 years, Steven has been a leader in the Tampa Bay technology scene. He advises software organizations on modern approaches to Product Management and helps them achieve exponentially improved outcomes by delivering value with speed and agility. He co-founded Compass Productivity to help tech leaders adopt a Product Operating Model by transforming from projects to products.
Veronica Stewart	Veronica Stewart is the Director of Global Agile Enablement Operations at MetLife, specializing in agile operations, customer experience, and behavior design to drive organizational adaptability and AI readiness. With a background in product delivery and connection strategy, Veronica excels at transforming complex challenges into creative, data-driven solutions that foster enterprise agility. A champion of behavioral economics and change agility, she helps leaders navigate evolving business landscapes, leveraging insights to enhance organizational effectiveness. Passionate about continuous improvement, Veronica plays a critical role in shaping strategies that future-proof businesses in the age of AI.
